 Many years ago before real estate developers discovered Temecula, the valley was dotted with small, family owned farms, orchards, and vineyards. Our winery is the fruition of owner's Les and Dorian Linkogle's lifelong dream and marks a return to those idyllic times as Temecula's first, reservation only (click here) winery.

In a sense the Linkogle's have come full circle and want to celebrate the return to a small, family-owned business. We welcome you to enjoy our Temecula wines, wander the gardens and savor the enchantment.  You will walk away not with just a the best Temecula wine tasting experience, but a memory.

Annually, we produce about 2,400 cases, some of which have received "cult wine" status by wine connoisseurs and writers. Specializing in red varietals, the estate-grown offerings include an intense award winning Estate Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and a super Tuscan blend. Other offerings include a lively, fruity Sangiovese and Merlot.  Our white varietals include a Viognier, and a Fume Rose. Our newest release is a sweet and effervescent wine lager called "Talking Frog".

Briar Rose proudly presents our California Proprietary Red Wine ... We Remember - Medal of Hope "Honoring Service with Science."  Ten percent of the proceeds from "We Remember" wine goes to the Veterans Research Corporation, whose mission is to remember and honor the sacrifices of those who serve.  Proceeds will fund world class medical research for veterans of all generations.  Medical research is vital in addressing the wounds of war, seen and unseen.  As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity, the Veterans Research Corporation depends on private and community support to meet the challenging needs of the current and future wounded military

Limousine & Bus Policy

We at Briar Rose Winery would like to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their day in Temecula’s Wine Country.
When requesting a limousine or bus, keep in mind:

• Reservations are limited and fill up fast!
  
• On weekends, limousines and buses may only visit Briar Rose Winery between the hours of 10am and 1pm only with a pre-scheduled reservation.  Unfortunately, there will be no exceptions to this rule.
  
• Reservations must be made at least 24-hours in advance by completing our Limo & Bus Request Form. A confirmation will be emailed or faxed back within 24 hours.  Please present this to your host upon arrival. *
  
• All other reservation times will be on a per request basis.

*Unfortunately, those visitors who arrive and appear to have already over indulged in libations will not be allowed at Briar Rose Winery. Sorry, but that is California State Law.
